For the shareware version, the following applies:

This program is shareware, this means you can evaluate the software for a certain 
time, and buy it afterwards. You have a 30 day trial period during which you can 
evaluate the shareware version. If you continue to use the program after this test 
phase, you are bound by law to pay for this program and so to purchase the full version. 

The further use of the shareware version after termination of the test phase 
is a criminal offence and can be prosecuted under criminal and under civil law.

After the extended copyright law has come into effect, computer programs are 
protected on a level which is equivalent to the written word (book etc.) As 
defined by the drastic tightening of the legal status, each person that exceeds 
the test phase allowed to him commits a criminal offence in accordance with §69a 
in connection with §106 UrhG (copyright law). Since after expiry of the test 
phase, the permission for operating the program is cancelled so that the state

The software becomes the full version by the release with a registration key. 
The registration key is related to a special person and is delivered on the 
basis of these licence regulations and of a obligation to discretion (the 
obligation not to pass on the full version and the registration key). With 
buying the registration key, the user is authorized to release the program 
with this key to the full version and to install the program on his computer 
system and to use one bought product on exactly one computer at the same time. 
For each further computer, the purchase of another registration key is necessary. 
The buyer may produce copies of the full version for the purpose of securing 
(backup) and in order to avoid loss of data. But it is strictly forbidden to 
pass on copies of the full version or the registration key or to make it 
accessible to another person. The possession of the registered full version 
or of the registration key is not allowed to any person apart from the registered 
user. Each unlawful duplication of the full version or illegal circulation of 
the registration key will be prosecuted under criminal and under civil law.
